Shabby Houses are our Specialty! We buy houses through Quick Funding and Closing. Since we are not "Flippers" with the intent to make a quick buck... we can often be more competitive in pricing your home. We will work with you on your very unique needs to find solutions that work.
You probably have questions... We purchase properties to add to our ever expanding rental portfolio. We can often pay for these homes with a quick-cash-closing, since our intent is to Hold our properties for future tenants... we can often afford a better price for our sellers (and quick closing) compared to other real estate providers that claim to "Buy Your House for Cash".
We upgrade the properties we purchase. While not all properties need extensive upgrades or repairs... we bring the properties we do own to life and make them safe and functional. We find the perfect Gem that may appear "Shabby" and bring back that sparkle for those tenants we think of as Guests.

WE LOVE OUR PETS! We strive to help ensure mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all our tenants. It’s imperative that ALL our tenants fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This also includes residents and tenants that do not own a pet or animal. We require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process with their lease agreement.
